Funding Opportunities - Crowdfund Lancashire

The information below regarding Crowdfund Lancashire has been sent to us and because of some of the dates involved we are sending this information out in isolation from other information in the weekly newsletter.
Crowdfund Lancashire is back for its Spring 2025 funding round. The Crowdfund Lancashire team are available support project creator's crowdfunding journeys from the start and have created guidance notes for every step of the process:
Guidance Notes for organisations and town/parish councils/business improvement districts (BIDs)
Guidance Notes for individuals
There will be a free online webinar for potential projects to learn more about how to get started and the criteria

If you aren't able to make it, recordings of the workshop will be sent to all those that have signed up to attend.
The Crowdfund Lancashire team will also be hosting drop-in sessions at your local library. Please come along to discuss your organisation, project or idea – no booking necessary.

Project Creators have until 6th February 2025 to create a project page, submit your pitch and submit your project for verification. Your project will be reviewed and needs to be verified prior to launching your campaign publicly on Spacehive.
The Crowdfund Lancashire panel will assess all pitches to the Lancashire Culture and Sport fund in the final week of February 2025. Please note, if your project delivery date takes place before the end of February 2025 you will not be able to access funding from Lancashire County Council as pledge decisions and funding cannot be agreed and allocated on an ad hoc basis.
