Councillor Ian Amos, Wyre Council’s Lead Member for Older People commented:

This is our third Christmas get together event and our first ever in the Civic Centre. It’s a lovely opportunity for our more senior residents to enjoy some festive entertainment and find out what’s on in the local area as well as ask any questions they may have about our services.

“This year we’re delighted to be able to spoil our guests with a dedicated pamper room and crafts room, so why not come along on the day – there’s no need to book. Similarly if you know anyone who could use some company this Christmas, please let them know.”
